News. Ansaldo Green Tech presented its clean, innovative, reliable long duration energy storage technologies.

The event, organized by the Energy Section of ANIMP, ANIMA, ANIE, H2IT and OICE, was aimed to offer opportunities to operators and industry associations to exchange views and debate key issues about role of energy storage for the energy systems.

Long duration energy storage technologies are the key enabler to increase the share of renewables in the energy mix and accelerate the path to carbon neutrality: wind, solar and other renewables need indeed energy storage to match supply with demand.

The world’s electricity grids will need to deploy massive energy capacity investments of energy storage technologies by 2030 and beyond, Ansaldo Green Tech can be part of this path by delivering scalable, flexible and cost competitive solutions.
