ABB Inside +.   She will join ABB latest by November 1, 2024, and succeed Renato Lunelli who has held this role ad interim since July 1, 2023. Renato will in the future focus on his roles as Division Lead Counsel, Energy Industries, and PA Regional General Counsel, Europe. He will remain in his ad interim position until Nicole has joined ABB.

Nicole joins ABB from Alpiq, where she currently serves as Group General Counsel. Prior to that she was Group General Counsel at Puma Energy and she has held a variety of business, global and regional roles at GE Power. Nicole brings more than 20 years of experience and is a dual qualified Swiss and England & Wales lawyer. She holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.

Nicole will report to Mathias Gaertner, General Counsel and Company Secretary, and will be based in Zurich, Switzerland.
