Corporate culture is the way a company collectively takes care of business. Especially during reorganizations or strategy changes, a business must pay close attention to its company culture. We use a standardized interviewing method to learn about a business‘s current culture – and then present a better way. This helps a business recognize the status quo and identify the path to positive changes. In a follow-up workshop, the team formulates measures. This practice-based method is efficient and helps a business be ready to make the right changes.
