A strategy is only as good as its implementation. Because only effective implementation will lead to the desired end and secure long-term success in a company. To prevent good strategies from falling short of the mark, strong leadership and proven methods such as Balanced Scorecard (BSC) are a must. BSC is the link between strategic and operative activities in a company. By working with the four principles Financial, Customers, Internal Processes, and Learning/Growth, we find a practical way to harmonize and reach the targeted goals. And, we measure and control how well targets are met.
