When time matters

Grimsel Hydro is a business unit of the Kraftwerke Oberhasli AG (KWO). It provides services for the maintenance and modification of hydraulic-mechanical components in water-driven power stations for both its own power plants and those of its external customers. Grimsel Hydro has seen strong growth in recent years. This growth, and a considerable backlog of orders, brought Grimsel Hydro to a critical point where it seemed that they might not be able to adhere to their delivery and contractual obligations to customers. And not only that: The service quality dropped, customers became anxious and company results deteriorated.  

A rapid turnaround was urgently required in order to secure the future of Grimsel Hydro. The downward spiral had to be stopped and stakeholder confidence preserved or regained.
