Consenec AG employees are all former managers with ABB, ALSTOM and Bombardier, the founding companies. At the age of 60 the top managers of these companies transfer into Consenec AG, where they become part of a unique pool of experts, providing interim support and advisory services to their sponsoring companies as well as other firms. Each individual consultant is able to set up his own, individual professional schedule.

The Consenec model was developed by ABB Switzerland in 1993 in order to both rejuvenate its own management, as well as to continue to take advantage of the experience and knowledge of its former top-level managers. Today, this model enjoys considerable recognition in the business world.
